It is important to discuss the concept of general revelation, mentioned above. This means that Gods presence and reality is shown by nature and creation itself, as explained in Psalm 19:1-5 The heavens are telling of the glory of God; and their domain is declaring the work of His hands. Day to day pours forth speech, and darkness to night reveals knowledge. There is no speech, nor are there words; their role is not heard. Their voice has gone out through all the earth, and their utterances to the end of the world.
In them He has placed a camp out for the sun, which is as a bridegroom coming out of his bedroom; it rejoices as a strong man to run his course.
